Terms & Conditions
All rates quoted are subject to confirmation on reservation and are quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST. Rates valid until 31 March, 2024. Higher rates may apply over the Christmas and Easter periods.
30% deposit is required on receipt of issued invoice to secure booking, with balance due 30 days prior to tour date. Bookings made within 30 days of tour date are required to be paid in full at time of booking.
Payment can be made via direct bank transfer, or we accept Visa and Mastercard, which incur a 1% surcharge.
Cancellation policy: 7 days. Cancellations made after 10am 7 days prior to the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations resulting in a credit card refund will incur a processing fee of 3.5%.
